I have a 1994 Ford Ranger XLT V6 4.0L 4×4 Manual Transmission. When I put it in neutral and press the accelerator to the floor, it sounds like it's cutting out. It doesn't rev at all, instead it sits at about 500 to 1000 RPM. When I press it down slowly it works it's way up to 5K RPM slowly but surely. And when I'm on the highway, it takes forever for me to get up to 55 miles per hour. If I go over 55 miles per hour (If I can go that fast) it will kind of cut out and even if I'm keeping the same amount of pressure on the accelorator, it slows down by itself and kind of jerks, then I have to press the clutch in, let my foot off the gas, then put my foot back on it to get it going again. I thought maybe it's a fuel pump problem, or even a distributor problem. I've replaced the fuel filter, has a new tranny in it, new clutch, spark plugs are good. Anyone have any clues?

They are all built on the same assembly line and all made the same. The type of transmission has no effect on the quality of the vehicle.

i dont know but my bmw has had its fair share of issues like a trans problem and radiator leak and a stiff suspension but its got 213,000 miles and is 17 years old… It still goes and looks new!

I have a newer model of the volkswagen jetta and somehow there are 2 CDs stuck in the player! They won't eject or even play. Does anyone know a trick for getting them out? Or how much would it be If I brought it to a machanic?

I'm 17 and i drive a 94 Honda civic del sol si, 5 Speed. And when i get on the highway and go about 70-80mph, the rpms are pretty high, they're at like 4000-4500. I drove my friends 2000 eclipse and it was only at like 3000 at 75. Is there anything wrong with my car?
p.s. i think the clutch is wearing, it shudders when i start off sometimes, and grinds on some gears. I don;t know much about cars, so all help is appreciated.

okay i have a 2007 toyota corolla type S , 4cil. and long story short i have a cold air intake and drove into a big pound of water and it stopped working.. took it to the shop got it all fixed but i'm running on 3 and 1/2cylinderss now. is there any product(NAME) i can add to help this issue or keep it for getting worse?
